  4. 3 during day, 1 at night
  5. 7 on 7 off schedule with 16-20 nights per year
  6. Census 12-15 weekdays, 12-17 weekends
  7. Hospitalist mainly runs ICU (Intensivist is there during day), eICU at night
  8. Highly desirable to be able to do central lines and intubations, but not absolutely necessary
